Opti Staffing Group is a staffing agency that operates in AK, OR, and WA, offering both temporary and direct-hire staffing services. The company was founded in 1999 by a team of professionals who sought to revolutionize the way business was done in the staffing industry. They believed that the key to Opti Staffing Group’s success lay in fostering strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
This relationship-centric approach has led to several achievements for Opti Staffing Group. The company has grown to become one of the most successful independently owned and operated staffing and recruiting firms in the Pacific Northwest. It has expanded to six offices across four states and has established partnerships with some of the region’s top employers.
Opti Staffing Group’s mission is to enhance the success of its clients and candidates. The company achieves this by taking the time to understand the people behind the businesses they work with, as well as the individuals behind the resumes. This in-depth understanding allows Opti Staffing Group to create better matches between clients and candidates, leading to long-term success.
The vision of Opti Staffing Group is to be the leading full-service staffing provider in the markets they serve. They aim to prioritize the interests of those they serve in all their operations. The company is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of its clients and candidates, treating everyone with care and respect, and delivering superior results they can stand behind with pride.
