This event or conference will be hosted at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort located in Lake Buena Vista, FL, USA.

CUPA-HR conferences are like a big meet-up for people who work in HR. They get to talk about the good and bad parts of their jobs, and it’s a chance for them to take a break, get new ideas, and meet others who get what it’s like to work in HR. Going to these conferences can be cheaper if you’re a member, which is insightful because you get to join in on important talks and meet new people.

CUPA-HR also has these things called Chapter Conferences and Events. They’re like smaller meet-ups for HR people who live in the same area. It’s a good way to talk to local people and learn about the problems and solutions that are specific to where they live.

There’s also this special program called the Association Leadership Program (ALP) that CUPA-HR does for its volunteer leaders. Every year, they bring together the big leaderes of the association, the leaders of different regions, the people who run the chapters, the leadership team from the national office, and important business partners. The ALP is like a big party to kick off each new membership year, and it helps the attendees to work together better and become better leaders.

So, all in all, CUPA-HR conferences and events are a great way for HR people to meet up, learn new things, and get better at their jobs. They focus on sharing what they’ve been through and figuring out how to deal with the problems they come across.
